Legal Aid WA may provide funding in certain matters to cover both professional legal fees and disbursements. More information is provided on Legal Aid WA’s website. Where Legal Aid funding is available it should be used instead of applying to Law Access.
The Commonwealth Government provides funding for disbursements in certain legal matters. For more information please see the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Disbursement Support Scheme and Special Circumstances Scheme.
