Law Access is a community legal service of last resort that co-ordinates the assessment and referral of applications for pro-bono assistance to members of the Western Australian legal profession.
Our service continues to operate during the COVID-19 Pandemic with priority given to the most vulnerable applicants and to not-for profit organisations assisting the most vulnerable.Make sure you have read our eligibility criteria and have your documents ready before you complete our online application form. It should take about 20 minutes to complete.
Start application for IndividualsWe assist some of the most vulnerable people in WA from all over the State in areas of family, criminal and civil law, and we connect them with lawyers willing to assist people on a pro bono (no fee) basis.
We also assist not-for-profit organisations that have a connection to WA and serve the broader community addressing individual or community disadvantage.
Community legal centres seeking pro-bono legal assistance for their organisation should use this online form. If a community legal centre seeks pro-bono assistance for their client they should use the warm referral online form.
